Wake up to the sound of waves

The spacious rooms have a view towards the beach and offer all the commodities a modern tourist could need, such as WIFI, private bath and air conditioning.  We have made a conscious choice to not place TVs in the rooms in order to induce our guests to be outdoors and explore the amazing nature that surrounds us and to enjoy the spectacular starry skies found at this location at night.

Our concept is to offer the guest a relaxed and tranquil stay in order to rest and reconnect with nature. You will wake up to the whispers of the tropical local fauna and fall asleep to the sounds of waves crash on the beach. We encourage our guests to abstain from producing loud music and other noise in order for all our guests to get a well-deserved mental rest. Our ecological approach to tourism is among other things having a low carbon footprint as we are almost fully self-sustained with solar energy. We use mostly local and natural materials in the construction of the hotel such as royal palm leaves for roofs and wooden beams (using ancient building techniques as well as local resources) 

The property has several gardens, areas to relax in the sun and the shade with hammocks and lounge chairs, numerous palm thatched buildings, a restaurant and a 10-meter pool with both a shallow area for children as well as 2 mt deep plunge for the adults. 

Our solar panels produce most of our energy in order to have low environmental impact, although we are connected to the grid so there is nonstop energy supply no matter the weather. Solar powered lamps illuminate the grounds and we practice recycling.  

The restaurant on the premises is exclusively to the guests of the hotel and is not open to general public. We offer a variety of dishes, emphasizing local, healthy, home-made style meals. Opening hours is from 6 am to 9pm.

This is the perfect place for nature lovers as the location is conducive to enjoy the amazing wildlife in this protected natural area. Tours into the mangroves to observe birds, reptiles, crocodiles and mammals tops the list along with surf activities, observing the great ocean turtles and experience other ecological conservation programs.

* Palm thatched beachfront pavilions (ranchos) with tables and chairs, dining area
